What’s Your 2020 Me Time Goal?

Do you ever wish that you had more hours in the day? There are so many things that demand our attention at any given moment. Whether it’s work, or family, or a never-ending to do list, sometimes it would be really nice to have more time and get it all done.

When life gets this busy it’s probably impossible to check your whole to-do list off in one day. That’s why it helps to prioritize and make time for what matters most. Remember,

You matter, too.

No matter the length of your to-do list.

While it’s great to be ambitious with your life, it’s also important to take care of yourself.

Just like you recharge a device on a regular basis, you have to re-energize yourself, too.  

Among the many goals and new year’s resolutions, maybe the most important is your 2020 Me Time goal.

What’s your 2020 Me Time goal?

This can be a daily or a weekly goal. Here are some examples:

Tuesdays 2:30-3pm

Every weekday when I get home from work

1 hour every Sunday morning

Every person has a different lifestyle. Just pick whatever time works best for you. Then write it in a prominent place, like on your bathroom mirror, your refrigerator door, or in your calendar. Set a small and realistic goal to increase your chance of achieving a lasting me time routine.
